My approach
Ease Up was created to offer you more than massage and yoga — it's a space to reconnect, restore and feel your best.
Sessions are tailored to you, drawing on evidence-informed techniques that address the relationship between body and mind. My passion is to help people understand their bodies — and my aim is to support you in reading its signals and to provide practical tools you can carry into your everyday life.
Because when we learn to listen to our bodies, we make better choices for ourselves — and that awareness is something I'm here to help you build.

About me
My journey into bodywork began in 2007, and it hasn't stopped since.
Driven by a genuine curiosity and a deep passion for holistic wellness, I've spent nearly two decades exploring, training and refining my understanding of the body — through both study and practice. I hold certifications in yoga and multiple massage therapy disciplines, with a core expertise in Chinese Therapeutic Massage (Tui-Na), Holistic and Swedish Massage, and Advanced Therapeutic techniques such as Jaw release (TMJ) & Face Massage.
But what truly shapes my work is everything in between — Thai Massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Reiki, Tai-Chi, Capoeira, various dance styles and dash of Qi-Gong. These explorations have all contributed to a distinctive, integrated approach to bodywork that is entirely my own.
At Ease Up, my vision is to create a space where you can deepen your understanding of your own body — so you feel equipped to move through life with greater balance, ease and inner harmony.
