Welcome to EaseUp’s Yoga Section! As a dedicated yoga practitioner, I am thrilled to share my passion for this transformative practice with you.
During our yoga sessions, we’ll take time to delve into the more physical part of the practice, as well as in meditation and breathing techniques and further explorations of the yogic tradition and philosophy.
Whether you're joining one of our group classes or would like to access private sessions tailored to your needs, you’ll surely appreciate the distinct flavour of the exploratory and remedial approach of this guided practice, very influenced by my learnings and expertise in massage therapy.
It is my wish to inspire you on your personal yoga path, whatever needs or curiosities bring you to it, and I truly whish you find balance, strength and serenity.
Group Classes
Ease Up yoga sessions are accessible to all levels, from beginners to more advanced practitioners, and provide a well-rounded practice which commonly entails the exploration of the inner landscapes we inhabit inside our physical and subtle bodies.
It is my calling to create a welcoming environment and to hold an inclusive, non-judgmental space where all levels of experience and walks of life are gladly embraced, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported.
Learning to understand our body-mind-spirit connection is my passion and I want to share it with you. Sessions aim to be filled with useful and insightful information to make the best out of the practice.

Private sessions tailored to an individual's needs or a small group’s needs and goals are a great way to focus attention and deepen the exploration of yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods, as well as prevent and heal injuries.
They can be beneficial for beginners, those with specific physical limitations, or individuals seeking a deeper or more tailored yoga practice.

Pricing:
The prices for private lessons are offered on a sliding scale to adjust to each individual's economic situation. Please, pay what you honestly can.
- One to one: Sliding scale £40-£60
- 2 people: Sliding scale £25-£40 per person
- Over 3 people: please contact to negotiate a rate depending on the particular needs and aims of the group
*these prices do not include the rental of space if needed
